Who we are
A water treatment shop, not a call center
Uliios Water Systems LLC is owned and operated by Michael Johnson, a water treatment specialist who spent eleven years commissioning boiler and cooling systems before opening the shop on Magazine Street in Montgomery. Today our crews run out of that same building — one dispatch office, one parts warehouse, one team accountable for the work.
We keep the scope simple and honest: we test your water, tell you exactly what it is doing to your equipment, design the smallest system that solves it, and then keep that system running with scheduled service. No franchise fees, no subcontracted installers, no equipment we have not personally commissioned.

Site visit & sampling
We walk the mechanical room, log flow rates and pull water samples. Usually within three business days of your call.
Written analysis
You receive lab results with plain-English notes on scaling, corrosion and compliance risk — yours to keep either way.
Design & fixed quote
Equipment list, drawings, install schedule and a fixed price. Options are priced separately so you can stage the work.
Install & service
Our own crew installs, commissions and trains your staff, then keeps the system on a documented service schedule.

Why Uliios
Hard water is a maintenance budget you did not approve
Untreated water in the River Region runs 8–14 grains per gallon of hardness with seasonal iron spikes. Left alone it scales heat exchangers, shortens membrane life, drives up gas bills and eventually forces an unplanned shutdown.

A standard on-site visit with a certified laboratory panel is complimentary for commercial and industrial facilities inside our service territory. Specialty panels (silica, heavy metals, microbiological) are quoted before we pull the sample.
Yes. Roughly half of our service agreements cover equipment installed by other contractors. We inspect the system, document its condition and take over maintenance if it is safe to do so.
Contract clients inside a 90-minute radius of Montgomery get same-day response, including nights and weekends. Everyone else is scheduled next business day where parts allow.
Alabama statewide, plus western Georgia, northwest Florida, eastern Mississippi and southern Tennessee for project work.
