Built on Magazine Street
Michael Johnson started Uliios Water Systems in 2009 after more than a decade of commissioning boiler houses and cooling loops for contractors across the Gulf states. He had seen the same pattern too many times: good equipment failing early because nobody had bothered to understand the water going into it.
The company opened with one service van, a water test kit and a rented bay at 799 Magazine Street in Montgomery. Sixteen years later we are still at the same address — now with a parts warehouse, a fabrication bay for skid assemblies and crews covering five states.
We have deliberately stayed a specialist. Uliios does not sell plumbing, HVAC or general contracting. Water treatment is the only thing we do, and it is the reason clients who left for a cheaper bid usually come back.

Test before we sell
No equipment is proposed until we have laboratory results in hand. If your water does not need treatment, we will tell you so.
Fixed-price quotes
Scope, equipment and labor are priced up front. Change orders only happen when you approve additional scope in writing.
Our own crews
Installations are performed by Uliios employees. We do not subcontract mechanical work to unfamiliar labor.
Documented service
Every visit produces a signed report with readings, consumables used and recommendations — delivered as a PDF the same week.

Michael handles system design, project quoting and the majority of client relationships. He holds water treatment certifications in ion exchange and reverse osmosis operation and personally attends commissioning on every major installation.

Field service department
Nine technicians run scheduled maintenance routes across Alabama from Monday to Friday, with a two-man rotation on call for nights, weekends and holidays. Each truck carries common resin, media, cartridges, gaskets and controller boards so most calls are closed on the first visit.

Scheduled maintenance routes cover Alabama statewide. Project and installation work extends into neighbouring states, with travel quoted transparently before we mobilise.
