Industrial Water Treatment
Feedwater, process water and effluent pre-treatment engineered around your plant's real duty cycle.
Protect the equipment, not just the water
Boilers, chillers, cooling towers and CIP systems all fail in predictable ways when water chemistry is left uncontrolled: scale on heat transfer surfaces, pitting from dissolved oxygen, fouled membranes, carry-over in steam lines. Our industrial work starts from those failure modes and works backwards.
We measure hardness, alkalinity, silica, chlorides and conductivity across your make-up and return streams, calculate cycles of concentration, then specify the smallest combination of ion exchange, dealkalization, filtration, RO and chemical feed that holds your process inside spec.
Installation is performed by our own crews out of Montgomery, including skid fabrication, piping, electrical tie-in to your control panel and operator training. Commissioning data is handed over as a signed report.
- Design load calculations documented and shared
- Skids pre-assembled in our shop to cut downtime
- Start-up, water balance and staff training included
- Optional remote monitoring with alarm dial-out

What is included
Boiler feedwater
Softening, dealkalization, deaeration support and condensate protection to stop scale and tube failure.
Cooling water
Side-stream filtration, conductivity control and chemical feed for towers and closed loops.
Industrial RO
Membrane skids from 2,000 to 100,000 GPD with pre-treatment, CIP connections and permeate storage.
Effluent pre-treatment
pH neutralisation, solids removal and metering to satisfy municipal discharge limits.
Chemical dosing
Inhibitor, biocide and oxygen scavenger programmes with calibrated pumps and logged consumption.
Instrumentation
Flow meters, conductivity and pH controllers, hardness monitors and data logging.
About this service
Most single-system installations are complete in two to five working days once equipment arrives, because skids are pre-assembled in our Montgomery shop. Larger multi-train projects are phased around your shutdown window.
Yes. Roughly two thirds of our industrial work is retrofit into live facilities, using temporary bypasses and night or weekend tie-ins where required.
We do. Inhibitor, biocide and scavenger programmes can be supplied on a scheduled delivery with usage logged at each service visit.
We provide stamped drawings through a licensed partner engineer when a project requires them; this is quoted as a line item rather than bundled invisibly.
