Commercial Filtration
Softening, carbon, RO and UV packages for buildings where water quality is part of the product.
Better water where customers can taste it
Restaurants, coffee shops, laundries, hotels, clinics and car washes all live with the same regional water: moderately hard, chlorinated, and occasionally loaded with iron after heavy rain. It shows up as scaled steam wands, cloudy glassware, spotted paintwork, short ice machine life and complaints about taste.
Uliios installs packaged commercial systems that fit real mechanical rooms — compact skids, metered softeners that regenerate on usage rather than a clock, carbon for chlorine and taste, RO for espresso and rinse water, and UV where disinfection is required.
Because these systems live in occupied buildings, we schedule installs around trading hours and keep service visits short, quiet and documented.
- Sized for peak service demand, not average flow
- NSF/ANSI-listed components where applicable
- Filter change reminders and stocked cartridges
- Multi-site agreements for franchises and portfolios
