Uliios Water Systems LLC (“Uliios”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us or visits this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to uliios.hidrosatur.com and to enquiries we receive by phone and email.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, company, business email, telephone number, city and state, and the details you type into our contact form or send by email.
Service records. For clients, we keep site addresses, equipment details, water analysis results and service history so we can maintain your systems.
Technical information. When you visit the site our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies. Essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or health information through this website.

To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations
To deliver, install and maintain water treatment equipment
To keep service, compliance and warranty records
To send service reminders and, where you have asked for it, occasional company updates
To maintain the security and integrity of our website

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use your enquiry to build advertising profiles for other companies.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where necessary: with our website host and email provider, with certified laboratories that analyse water samples, with equipment manufacturers when a warranty claim requires it, with our accountants and insurers, and with authorities where the law requires disclosure. Every provider is required to keep the information confidential and to use it only for the service they provide to us.

5. Advertising and measurement

We may advertise our services through search and display networks, including Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads. If you arrive through an advertisement, the network may set cookies to measure whether the visit resulted in an enquiry. Where consent is required, these cookies are only set after you accept optional cookies in our banner. 6. How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client service, compliance and warranty records are kept for the life of the equipment and then for a further seven years, in line with tax and liability requirements. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.

7. How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and client records is limited to Uliios staff who need it, protected by individual accounts and strong passwords. Paper records are stored in our locked office at Magazine Street. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices at least annually.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Alabama and US residents may exercise these rights by writing to Michael@uliios.hidrosatur.com; if you are covered by California privacy law or the EU/UK GDPR, we honour access, correction, deletion, portability and objection rights on the same basis. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a reasonable request. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right.

9. Do Not Track and opt-outs

Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because no common standard exists, but declining optional cookies achieves the same result. To stop receiving emails from us, reply with “unsubscribe” or use the link in the message.

10. Third-party links

Pages may link to manufacturer documentation, map services or regulatory websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.
