The terms that govern use of this website and the basis on which we quote and perform work.

These Terms of Service govern your use of uliios.hidrosatur.com, operated by Uliios Water Systems LLC. By using the website you accept these terms. Contracted work is additionally governed by the written quotation and service agreement signed for that project, which prevails over this page in the event of conflict.
1. About us
Uliios Water Systems LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Alabama, trading from 799 Magazine Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36142, USA, owned and operated by Michael Johnson.
2. Use of this website
You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy our text, photographs, drawings or logo for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through our forms.
3. Information is indicative
Capacities, intervals, savings figures and technical descriptions on this site are typical values drawn from our own project records. They are provided for orientation only and are not a design specification, warranty or price. Every project is quoted after a site assessment and water analysis.
4. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and become binding only when accepted in writing by both parties. Additional scope discovered on site is priced as a written change order before the work proceeds. Lead times for equipment are estimates supplied by manufacturers.
5. Payment
Unless the signed quotation says otherwise, project payment terms are a deposit on order with the balance due on commissioning, and service agreements are invoiced in advance of each period. Invoices are payable within 30 days; late balances may carry interest at the maximum rate permitted by Alabama law.
6. Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months from commissioning. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we administer on your behalf. Warranties do not cover consumables, damage from operation outside the design parameters we documented, missed maintenance, chemical misuse, freezing, flooding, power irregularities or third-party alterations.
7. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment, accurate information about your water source and load, suitable drainage and electrical supply, and to operate systems within the parameters supplied at handover. Missed maintenance visits caused by lack of access may be rescheduled at cost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost production, lost profit or spoiled product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, drawings, the Uliios name and logo, belongs to Uliios Water Systems LLC or is used under licence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and the courts of Montgomery County, Alabama have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time you use the site applies. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
